American Pride Leather Company warrants all of it's products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include abuse or misuse of the product.
Leather is a natural product, which means that there will on occasion be some range marks on the product and that the way the dye is absorbed into the leather may not be uniform. In no way does this constitute a defect.

If you are unhappy with one of our products, please return it to the retailer where you originally purchased it. Please make sure it's in the condition in which you purchased it and in the original packaging.
