If you purchased a product from this website and you're not happy with it for any reason, send it back for a full refund (less shipping). Please call first so we know your returning it.

If you purchased one of our products from a gun show, please return it to the dealer from whom you have purchased it. If your not sure who the dealer was, please give us a call.

If you purchased the product from a retail store, please return it to the same store location.

When returning an item, please put a note in the package with your name, address, phone number, date of purchase and reason for the return.

Very Important: The package must have a tracking number or delivery conformation number.
If the package is sent without a tracking number and it doesn't show up here, we can not honor this warranty, no exceptions.
